Mentoras is led by Sayem Haq, whose international career with Ciba-Geigy and Novartis spans Bangladesh, Asia-Pacific, North and South America and Europe.
His work covers executive coaching, talent development, organisational effectiveness and business leadership. He writes about helping founder-led and family-owned businesses move towards professional management, effective governance and leadership continuity.
